ABOUT
I'm Ricardo Quintana, a Chilean-born photographer based in Utah. I capture stories and legacies, bringing confidence and joy to every shoot with a candid yet editorial style, rich tones, and true-to-life colors.
My journey began in 2010 with a simple pocket Canon, sparking a love for portraiture that led me to pursue photography professionally in 2016. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of photographing a diverse range of people—weddings, couples, brands, and families—across 11 states and 4 countries. My work has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Junebug Weddings, and The Knot.
While I love working with natural light, I thrive in any environment, capturing the unique ambiance and mood of every setting. Most importantly, I focus on genuine connections, ensuring each image reflects the true essence of the people in front of my lens.
ETHOS
At RQP, I capture authentic, candid, and artistic moments that reflect each client's personality. Whether it's a wedding, a photoshoot, or brand work, storytelling and legacy are always the focus.
I work with those who share this vision—helping plan weddings, tailoring my style to your uniqueness, and celebrating diverse cultures. Fluent in Spanish and English, I embrace traditions from around the world, preserving memories with artistry and care.
